| DATE: Sunday, September 17 2006 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. WHERE: At the Historic Lenox College Campus, home of nine museum building on Hwy 38 Hopkinton, IA REGISTRATION: Outside spaces, $35 for a 20X20 ft space. You provide your own tables. The grounds have plenty of shade and is all grass, so no dust! Inside space, $35 for a 12X15 ft space. We will provide one 8 ft table. (Spaces are very limited) Spaces must be reserved by September 1, 2006 to assure your spot. No refunds will be given after September 10, 2006. Spaces will only be reserved with a signed contract and payment. RULES: You will assume all responsibility for damage or loss to your own merchandise. We ask that you be set up and ready to sell by 8:30 a.m. Sunday, and that you stay until the market closes at 4:00 p.m. Set up Saturday, September 16 from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. The building will be locked overnight but there is no security on the grounds: your merchandise is your responsibility. Set up on Sunday starts at 6 a.m. No one will set up with out a signed contract. The Historical Society reserves the right to refuse any vender. ADVERTISING: We will advertise in the Collectors Journal, KMCH Radio, Cedar Rapids Gazette, Dubuque Harold, Waterloo Currier and the Des Moines Register. |
